GB3836 series standards specify different types of explosion-proof types and related design, manufacturing, inspection and testing standards. The explosion-proof type of BNE series electric actuator mechanism is "flame proof type" (Exd).

Installation and Adjustment
1. Environment Requirements
Media must match explosion-proof regulations.
Reserve space for wiring and manual operation.
Use protection covers for outdoor/rainy areas or choose IP67.
Basic direction: Window on top, cable interface to the ground.
2. Valve Connection
Confirm smooth manual valve rotation before fixing the support.
Align actuator output shaft with valve core shaft using coupling.
Ensure actuator switch is consistent with the valve switch.
3. Adjustment (Stroke & Potentiometer)
Stroke Limit: Loosen CAM nut, adjust to press limit switch (click sound x2).
Mechanical Limit: Adjust limiting nuts and screw out two circles to secure.
Potentiometer: Set feedback signal resistance range to 350-600 ohms.
