    GB3836 series standards specify different types of explosion-proof types and related design, manufacturing, inspection and testing standards. The explosion-proof type of BNE series electric actuator mechanism is "flame proof type" (Exd).

    The actuator allows an explosion to occur inside the equipment. The flameproof surface of the shell is designed to prevent internal sparks or explosion carriers from contacting the outside world. Suitable clearance and length ensure safety, while the strong shell withstands high internal pressure.

    Installation and Adjustment

    1. Environment Requirements
    Media must match explosion-proof regulations.
    Reserve space for wiring and manual operation.

    2. Valve Connection
    Confirm smooth manual valve rotation before fixing the support.
