Our high-quality actuator motor is designed for reliable performance, whether rotating counterclockwise (CCW) or clockwise (CW). By connecting power to terminals 2 and 4, the motor will rotate CCW, while the brake engages through the normally open contact of the OLS, ensuring stability in the counterclockwise position. For clockwise rotation, simply connect power to terminals 2 and 6, activating the brake via the CLS to maintain a secure position. Additionally, connecting power to terminals 2 and 5 engages the brake, keeping the actuator in an intermediate stop position. In the event of a power loss, the brake will release automatically, allowing the actuator to return to its fail-safe position, which is adjustable via a limit switch.
