Introducción
Los actuadores de la serie de BP adoptan el diseño clásico del mecanismo del yugo de scotch, que puede emitir el par máximo en ambos extremos de la carrera, disponible para las válvulas de bola, las válvulas de mariposa, las válvulas de enchufe y todas las válvulas de la rotación de 90 °, extensamente aplicable a la industria química, bebidas, metalurgia, plataforma costa afuera, productos farmacéuticos, energía, papel, textiles y otras industrias.

Característica de producto
1. Diseño de vivienda totalmente cerrado
Cuerpo central totalmente cerrado resistente a la intemperie fabricado en acero al carbono o cuerpo central ha sido diseñado totalmente cerrado, resistente a la intemperie fabricado en acero al carbono o material de soldadura proporcionan una excelente resistencia.
2.Juntura de montaje estándar
La brida de montaje concuerda con la norma ISO5211, los accesorios de montaje de acuerdo con el tamaño NAMUR VDI / VDE 3845, que es conveniente para el montaje de accesorios como el interruptor de límite, posicionador y así sucesivamente.
3.Wear resistente

Los actuadores neumáticos de la serie BP recubiertos con más de 3 capas de recubrimiento protector, que pueden satisfacer los requerimientos del entorno petroquímico y costero.
6.Lubrificación autolubrificante
El accionador neumático de la serie BP ha sido diseñado para ser completamente autolubricante, lo que garantiza una máxima resistencia al desgaste y una larga vida útil del ciclo. No necesita lubricación.
7.Modular construcción Diseño
El accionador neumático de la serie BP tiene un diseño de construcción modular eficiente e intercambiable, incluyendo el cuerpo central, cilindro neumático, cartucho de resorte, cilindro hidráulico, modulo modular y así sucesivamente. La construcción modular y el almacenamiento de componentes por THEOBORN facilitan el tiempo de entrega rápida.
Módulo de resorte 8.Safe
Para garantizar la seguridad del personal durante la instalación y el mantenimiento, el módulo de cartucho de resorte sólo se puede quitar de los ejes del módulo de cilindro neumático, lo que evita daños a los trabajadores ya los dispositivos neumáticos.
9. Anulación manual

10. Mantenimiento mínimo

Estructura
1. Barra de guía de acero
La barra guía de aleación de acero cromado duro proporciona un soporte óptimo de las cargas transversales.
Bloque 2.Slider
Los bloques deslizantes de bronce de aluminio y el perno del eje de acero de enfriamiento de alta frecuencia minimizan la tensión de contacto y garantizan una vida útil de ciclo alta.
3.Cylinder
Cilindro electrolítico niquelado y pulido para resistencia a la corrosión y fricción mínima.
4.Anillo de guía
Hecho de baja fricción, de larga duración del material compuesto, para evitar el contacto directo entre los metales, el mantenimiento y el reemplazo son fáciles y convenientes.
5.Spring
Resorte de acero de aleación de alta resistencia para mantener una salida de par constante y promover un alto rendimiento de ciclo de vida.
