Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator maintenance method
In the process of using the Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuator, it will fail, so what is the cause of the failure of the Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuator? What is the specific maintenance method?
1. The action direction of the Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator is not controlled by the input signal
Fault judgment and maintenance process: first check that the two current limiting resistors and phase-shifting capacitors are not abnormal, use a multimeter to check the winding resistance value of the motor, and find that the resistance value of the motor is 1.45MΩ (and changes from time to time), indicating that the motor winding is wrong, and the final solution is to replace this motor (PSQ200).
2. Fault phenomenon: as long as the AC220V power supply is sent to the site, the protection switch will immediately act (trip) Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuator and the release safety has been burned.
Fault judgment and maintenance process: First, use a multimeter to detect the motor winding on the Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator, and find that the resistance of the motor winding tends to zero, indicating that the motor has been short-circuited, and then detect the resistance at both ends of the brake, and the resistance tends to infinity, indicating that the brake is broken, and the normal should be about 1.45K. The treatment method is: replace the brake and motor with new ones, install the fuse of the waiting board, re-debug, and resume normal operation.
3. Fault phenomenon: no matter what signal motor is given on site, it does not work.
Fault judgment and maintenance process: directly energize between the motor windings, the motor does not transmit, the motor does not rotate after removing the brake, the resistance value of the motor winding is normal, and the handwheel Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator works normally. The results of the test are normal that the motor does not turn when the power is on, at this time the rotor of the motor is suspected, the motor is disassembled, and it is found that the rotor cannot be screwed by hand, it turns out that there is a layer of solid ash between the rotor and the motor end cover, after removing this layer of ash, add a little lubricating oil, and you can twist it by hand. Reinstall the motor and install it in conjunction with the Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator , the power is normal, and the debugging is re-debugged.
