The double-action is that the valve needs an air source to open, but it cannot be automatically closed after the air is cut off, and it still remains open all the time, and it needs to be inflated again before it can be closed.
Generally speaking, customers who do not have high requirements for leakage choose double-acting pneumatic actuators, and single-acting actuators are generally selected in some corrosive media, because these media have relatively high requirements for sealing.
