Electric actuator manufacturers tell you the maintenance function

Maintenance function of  electric actuator :

        1. Control the condition maintenance function
　　The mechanical lock on the cover of the electrical box can be used to determine the control status at that time, and the operation code can also be set in the control menu to avoid misoperation.

        2. The valve is used for slow closing
　　When the valve is close to the full level (less than 10% of the full stroke), the speed is actively lowered to avoid excessive impact and damage to the valve.

        3. Fieldbus function
　　The Electric Actuators can be optionally configured according to customer requirements, supporting the bus protocol Profibus or Modbus, and can be easily connected to the fieldbus control network.

        4. Intelligent heating function .When the ambient temperature of the Electric Actuator is too low, the actuator will control part of the heating equipment to start actively.

        5. The valve is quickly closed
　　When the valve needs to be opened or closed within the specified time, the speed of the actuator can be changed through special regulations to meet the requirements.

        6. The phase sequence actively corrects the function. In order to avoid valve damage due to incorrect wiring of the power line, YMJ products are designed with the active correction function of phase sequence.

        7. The motor is overheated and maintained
　　Thermal testing equipment is installed inside the motor, which can directly detect the temperature of the motor coil. When the temperature of the coil is too high, the control circuit of the actuator will be actively disconnected, and when the temperature drops, the control circuit will actively recover.

        8. Lack of phase maintenance function
　　When the three-phase power supply is in the condition of phase loss, the actuator will interrupt the operation of the motor part, and send out an alarm on site and long distance.

        9. The valve is used for maintenance of excessive torque
　　When the valve is stuck during operation, when the torque exceeds the torque set value, the actuator will disconnect the motor and send an alarm signal in the system display.

       10. Instantaneous rotation maintenance function
　　When the  electric actuator  receives the instantaneous rotation signal, the internal delay circuit will actively delay the operation for a period of time before acting, so as to avoid the damage to the valve stem and mechanical transmission equipment caused by the instantaneous rotation impact load.
