For room temperature and clean media, valve plates with soft seals (rubber rings, PTFE rings) can be used to reduce leakage (up to 0.01%). Electric Butterfly Valves have a simple structure, small size, and light weight, consisting of only a few components. And it only needs to rotate 90 degrees to quickly open and close, with simple operation, and the valve has good liquid control characteristics. When the Electric Butterfly Valve is in the open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance of the medium flowing through the valve body, so the pressure generated through the valve is very small, which has good flow control performance. Electric butterfly valves have two sealing models: elastic sealing and metal sealing.
