Electric flange cast steel ball valve

The valve body channel and connecting pipe diameter of the  electric  flange cast steel ball valve are equal and form a diameter, and the medium can flow through almost without loss. The product is usually used in occasions with strict sealing requirements. In addition to controlling gas, liquid, and vapor media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and fibrous impurities.
Features of electric flange cast steel ball valve:
1. Low fluid resistance, ball valves have the lowest fluid resistance among all valve types, even for reduced diameter ball valves, their fluid resistance is quite small.
2. The switch is fast and convenient. As long as the valve stem rotates 90 degrees, the ball valve completes the fully open or fully closed action, making it easy to achieve rapid opening and closing.
3. Good sealing performance. The sealing ring of the ball valve seat is generally made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, which is easy to ensure sealing, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of medium pressure.
4. The valve stem seal is reliable. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates, so the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing force of the valve stem reverse seal increases with the increase of medium pressure.
5. The opening and closing of the ball valve only rotates 90 degrees, making it easy to achieve automation and remote control. The ball valve can be equipped with pneumatic devices, electric devices, hydraulic devices, gas-liquid linkage devices, or hydraulic linkage devices.
6. The ball valve channel is flat and smooth, not easy to deposit media, and can be used for pipeline ball passing.
