1. Check whether the Rack & Pinion Pneumatic Actuator is operating normally, whether the switch is normal, and whether the exhaust is smooth. 2. Recheck whether the output torque of the pneumatic actuator of this model is consistent with the valve body currently equipped, when the rated output torque is less than the required torque of the valve body, there will be slow action or jitter phenomenon, such a situation to replace the valve or replace the pneumatic actuator type.

3. Most of the pneumatic actuator standard gas supply pressure is 0.4 ~ 0.7MPa, first check whether the pneumatic actuator gas source pressure is too low, if there is lower than the above gas supply pressure phenomenon, it needs to be corrected in time.

4. Single-acting pneumatic actuator, if the action is too slow or jitter phenomenon, be sure to check whether the exhaust pipe is blocked, whether the Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator fails and whether the spring in the  pneumatic actuator  is too rigid, if you can not determine the cause, contact the manufacturer in time to solve.
