Structure and Working Principle of Electric Valves
The electric regulating valve is a device used for flow regulation in automatic control systems. It is typically installed on the return water pipe of the primary network in thermal stations and serves as an actuator in computer monitoring systems (to adjust flow). The electric regulating valve is the most critical equipment for flow regulation in heating systems. As the final execution component, the regulating valve plays a key role in the control system. Proper selection and accurate calculation are the foundation for long-term stable operation of the valve.
Basic composition and working principle
The electric regulating valve consists of an Electric Actuator and a regulating valve body . The upper part is an electric actuator , also known as an electric valve head, which requires an external power supply, usually 220V or 380V. It drives the valve body to change the flow between the valve core and the valve seat by receiving the current or voltage signal output from the PLC module, and controls the flow rate on the primary side of the heat exchanger to achieve on-site PLC control or remote automatic control, thereby changing the amount of heat provided to the heat user. Optimal with equal percentage characteristics, it has the characteristics of stable regulation and good regulation performance.
