The interior cavity and ball of the  pneumatic  lined fluorine flange ball valve are both manufactured using high-pressure injection molding, lined with corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant PTFE or PFA. This ensures reliable corrosion resistance and sealing, making it suitable for handling highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. The pneumatic lined fluorine ball valve is ideal for conveying liquids and gases (including steam) in various types of industrial pipelines, particularly in applications involving severely corrosive media like sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorine, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and other highly corrosive substances.
It is widely applicable in industries such as petroleum, chemical, dyeing, and acid/alkali production, making it one of the ideal choices for corrosion-resistant valve equipment.
Product Features
The pneumatic PTFE-lined ball valve is suitable for flow regulation and features precise flow characteristics.
2. The pneumatic fluorinated rubber-lined ball valve is suitable for harsh media containing solid substances (PTFE sealing is not applicable).
3. The axial seal in the pneumatic PTFE-lined ball valve is a movable pressure block, facilitating maintenance of the seal.
4. The connection end features a sealed structural design with no external leakage.
Pneumatic Actuator
The new GTD or ATD series  pneumatic actuators  are employed, featuring double-acting and single-acting (spring return) configurations, gear transmission, ensuring safety and reliability.
1. Gear-type double piston, high output torque, compact size.
2. The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy, featuring lightweight and aesthetically pleasing design.
3. A manual operation mechanism can be installed at the top or bottom.
4. The rack-type connection allows adjustable opening angles and rated flow rates.
5. The Actuator is optionally equipped with telecommunication signal feedback indication and various accessories to achieve automated operation.
6. The ISO 5211 standard connection facilitates the installation and replacement of products.
The adjustment screws at both ends allow for a +/-5-degree adjustable range in standard products at 0 and 90 degrees, ensuring synchronous accuracy with the valve.
