Pneumatic soft-sealed stainless steel butterfly valve
The pneumatic soft-sealed stainless steel butterfly valve consists of a rubber-sealed butterfly valve, a carbon steel or stainless steel disc, and a valve stem. It is suitable for use at temperatures ≤120°C, serving to regulate flow and control media in pipelines for water supply, drainage, and gas in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum, power, light industry, textiles, and papermaking.
The pneumatic soft-sealed stainless steel butterfly valve consists of a pneumatic actuator and a butterfly valve. The Pneumatic Butterfly Valve uses a circular disc attached to the valve stem to achieve opening and closing functions, primarily serving as a shut-off valve. It can also be designed with regulating or combined shut-off and regulating functions. Currently, butterfly valves are increasingly used in low-pressure pipelines with medium and large diameters. The advantages of Pneumatic Butterfly Valves are mainly their simple structure, compact size, lightweight, and low cost, with these features being particularly prominent. When installed in high-altitude or concealed pipelines, pneumatic butterfly valves operate conveniently via a two-position three-way (or two-position five-way) Solenoid Valve and can also regulate the flow of media.
