2. Do regular inspections
In the case that the manual operation of the Electric Actuator is lighter, if there is an over-torque protection action, if it is not caused by the torque protection value setting too small, then it may be caused by the problem of the motherboard or the torque detection device, if the Electric Actuator is rotated in the opposite direction at this moment, the check torque switch should be disconnected, and the original direction of the over-torque signal should disappear. In order to avoid torque problems due to component abnormalities, all aspects should be checked during daily use.
If the electric actuator has the problem of torque, it can not operate normally, therefore, when using the  electric actuator  with full function and good quality, the torque parameters should also be correctly set according to the specific situation, and the torque protection action should be continuously debugged according to a certain method when setting.
