The difference between Rack & Pinion pneumatic actuator and manual

Rack & PinionWhat is the difference between Rack & Pinion  pneumatic actuators  and manual? The following are the two types of Actuators.

Pneumatic Actuator: Pneumatic Actuator is mainly divided into single-acting and double-acting, single-acting is a spring reset structure, double-acting is the principle of air opening and closing, and the adjustment type generally uses double-acting pneumatic actuator.

Manual actuator: The manual actuator is a manual control when the current is unstable and the air pressure is insufficient, and when the air pressure and current are special and cannot be controlled or the installation and maintenance is no current and air pressure, the manual feedback is turned on, and the manual control can be carried out quickly. The electric valve actuator automatically detects the phase sequence of the three-phase power supply connected to the power terminal, and determines which AC contactor is activated during the operation of the actuator through appropriate logic operations to ensure that the correct phase sequence is connected to the motor. If there is no automatic phase sequence adjustment function, the valve may be damaged due to incorrect wiring phase sequence. Thanks to the automatic phase sequence adjustment function, the wiring of the  actuator  power supply can be done regardless of the phase sequence.
